When a user tries to connect several times without success, WEHOOP will lock his profile for security reason.
NOTE: If WEHOOP is configured to use your corporate directory for user management (Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP) WEHOOP will be configured to lock the user profile that attempts to connect unsuccessfully, one attempted before the maximum number of trials supported by your directory. Thus, the user will not be blocked at the network level in the case of synchronization problems between your network domains.
HOW?
- From the Workspace Space in the left menu select MANAGEMENT > Locked Users.
- In the view of locked users, click the action button
and Unlock.
- Select the profile or profiles to unlock and then on the Unlock.
