Report an absence

If you plan to be away for a certain period, it is desirable to report your absence to ensure business continuity under your responsibility during this period.

Note that it is not possible to delete an absence that is in progress. Only the person who reported the absence, the absent person and members of the Helpdesk group can modify an absence.

How to do ?

  1. From the workspace click on then Profile buttonillustrated by the picto-profil icon and select Report an absence.
  2. Complete the requested information (note that Return Date is optional) and desired Options.
  3. Click Save in the action bar at the top.
