Different situations may seek to reassign activities from one person to another. For example: a role change within the organization, your workload is too important, a departure, etc.
How to do ?
- Select the Employee Workspace.
- In the MY ACTIVITIES section in the left menu, select To do.
- Click on the Actions button illustrated by the
iconand select the Reassign action. - It prompts you to select the activities to be assigned, then click OK to confirm the selection.
- In the window that opens, select the person to whom reassign these activities then click OK at the bottom of the window to confirm.
