Reassign an activity

Different situations may seek to reassign activities from one person to another. For example: a role change within the organization, your workload is too important, a departure, etc.

How to do ?

  1. Select the Employee Workspace.
  2. In the MY ACTIVITIES section in the left menu, select To do.
  3. Click on the Actions button illustrated by the picto-actions iconand select the Reassign action.
  4. It prompts you to select the activities to be assigned, then click OK to confirm the selection.
  5. In the window that opens, select the person to whom reassign these activities then click OK at the bottom of the window to confirm.
