This person will be able to track the ongoing processes or start new process from them.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This action is available to anyone starting a process (initiator) in addition to those <strong>responsible for the process<\/strong> and is available from the <strong>Employee Workspace<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>All processes<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>How to do ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>Employee Workspace<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>MY PROCESS<\/strong> section in the left menu, select any of the <strong>Started<\/strong>, <strong>In Process<\/strong> or <strong>All processes<\/strong> views.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Actions<\/strong> icon shown by the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/H3Actions.png\" alt=\"picto-actions\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/> icon and select the <strong>Transfer<\/strong> action.<\/li>\n<li>It prompts you to select the process to transfer and click <strong>OK<\/strong> to confirm the selection.<\/li>\n<li>In the window that opens, select the person to whom transfer the processes and click <strong>OK<\/strong> at the bottom of the window to confirm the transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On departure of a colleague, it is useful to transfer its started processes to the person who will replace him.
