On departure of a colleague, it is useful to transfer its started processes to the person who will replace him. This person will be able to track the ongoing processes or start new process from them.<\/p>\n

This action is available to anyone starting a process (initiator) in addition to those responsible for the process<\/strong> and is available from the Employee Workspace<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0All processes<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

How to do ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Select the Employee Workspace<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the MY PROCESS<\/strong> section in the left menu, select any of the Started<\/strong>, In Process<\/strong> or All processes<\/strong> views.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Actions<\/strong> icon shown by the \"picto-actions\" icon and select the Transfer<\/strong> action.<\/li>\n
  4. It prompts you to select the process to transfer and click OK<\/strong> to confirm the selection.<\/li>\n
  5. In the window that opens, select the person to whom transfer the processes and click OK<\/strong> at the bottom of the window to confirm the transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
