When adding a user, the following are required: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Access Groups. It will be possible to immediately send an invitation email or at your convenience from their user profile.<\/p>\n<p><em>NOTE: If WEHOOP is configured to use your corporate directory for user management (Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP), this feature is not available.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>HOW?<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the <b>Helpdesk<\/b> Space in the left menu select <b>MANAGEMENT > Users<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li> In the user view, click the action button <span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/H3Actions.png\" alt=\"picto-actions\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/><\/span> and select <b>Add multiple users in batch<\/b>. A window will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the required information and press the <b>Add<\/b>.
