You can change some details of a group but not his name. To change the name of a group, you must use the Rename<\/b> action from the action button \"<\/span>.<\/p>\n

  1. From the Helpdesk<\/b> Space in the left menu select MANAGEMENT > Groups<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the Groups view, click the group to open it.<\/li>\n
