Types of Field supported in WEHOOP

WEHOOP offers you several types of fields to integrate into your forms.

Section

The fields are grouped together within sections. A section has a title and it is possible to hide it if necessary. Thus, all the fields it contains will be automatically hidden.

Object (table)

An Object is a form of table containing a series of fields that define a repeating entry such as a series of items to order.

Integrated View

An Integrated View allows you to link other forms or processes to a form. Users with access to create the type of form or to start the processes contained in this view, will have the possibility to add directly via a + icon in the action bar of the integrated view.

Text

The Text field is technically limited to a maximum of 32k characters. You can apply an input mask (Postal Code, Email or Telephone) to ensure that the data respects certain rules. It is also possible to hide the control according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Text Area

The Text Area field is technically limited to a maximum of 64k characters. Just like a Text type field, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Rich Text

The Rich Text field is technically limited to a maximum of 64k characters and offers formatting tools (bold, italic, tabulation, dotted list, images, …). Just like a Text Zone type control, it can be hidden according to a condition and impose limits (min and max) on it.

Number

You can associate a Unit with a Number field as well as a number of decimal places. Just like the other types of control, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Date

The Date field contains a value (YYYY-MM-DD). Just like the other types of control, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Time

The Time field contains a value (HH: MM). Just like the other types of control, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Radio

The Radio field is used to force an exclusive selection (eg: Yes / No). Its range of values ​​(the choices offered) can come from several types of choices (Based on a formula, List or shared sublist, Static, etc.). Just like the other types of control, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Checkbox

The Checkbox field offers multiple selection. Its range of values ​​(the choices offered) can come from several types of choices (Based on a formula, List or shared sublist, Static, etc.). Just like the other types of control, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

The Drop-down List field offers a single selection just like the Radio type field. Its range of values ​​(the choices offered) can come from several types of choices (Based on a formula, List or shared sublist, Static, etc.). Just like the other types of control, you can hide it according to a condition and impose limits on it (min and max).

Select

The Select field offers a single or multiple selection. Its range of values (the choices offered) can come from several types of choices (Based on a formula, List or shared sublist, Static, etc.). Label

The Label field is used to display static content. You can hide it according to a condition.

File

The File field allows you to attach one or more files either by “Drag and drop your files or browse”. You can restrict the type of files (PDF, Excel, …) and hide this field according to a condition.

Signature

The Signature field allows you to attach the signature of a person (a customer for example). This is kept and can also be integrated into a report, notification and more.

Calculated value

The Calculated value field allows you to perform calculations that will be stored on your form. This value will be hidden from the user at all times but can be used to hide some fields or other.
