Perform an activity

In general, when you need to perform an activity that is assigned to you, you are first notified by email. This email contains a link that directs you to the activity concerned.

How to do?

  1. Select the Employee workspace.
  2. In the menu section MY ACTIVITIES on the left, select one of the views Late or To do.
  3. Click on the activity to open it.
  4. Click Take in the action bar to indicate that you take charge of the activity assigned to you.
  5. Complete the requested information, indicate the tasks carried out or specify your decision accordingly.
  6. Click Send in the action bar.
